2020 Lusitano/ Quarter Horse colt
Well built and athletic, loves attention. By pure black Lusitano sire and out of foundation bred blue roan AQHA mare!
He has cow working horses on both sides and should have a lot of ability.
He has had his early learning for a good mannered foundation and is doing well with leading, respect, and yielding lessons.

2020 Lusitano/ Quarter Horse filly
Super well built! She show a lot of balance in her movement even at this age. Out of pure black Lusitano sire Notorio de Halconero and an Old style, foundation bred blue roan Quarter horse mare, she is going to be a beautiful horse. She has not shed off all of her baby fuz yet but when she does she will be a beautiful blue, like her mother and brothers.

Alazne, 2010 smoky black Lusitano mare 15 hh. ½” . My first Lusitano mare and my best cow horse, partially due to the fact that we have done everything together for the past 5 years.
Very responsive, sensitive and amiable. I have hopped on her bare back, with a piece of twin or sometimes nothing at all, and cantered back to the barn to get some tool that we needed out in the pasture. A very kind and loving horse, that I will trust with about any job that needs done, and most anyone, with some experience, that visits here and wants to ride. I rode her out to the east cow pasture, pulled off the saddle, replaced it with the harness and cart ( from Abi’s mare ) and drove her right off ( that is the driving picture ) NO preparation necessary. One of those horses you just can’t do without. Please watch her videos. More Photos.

Sabella Sopresa, 2017 smoky black Lusitano/QH mare ( Alazne’s daughter ) 14.3 hh. and still growing.
Very friendly, inquisitive personality; will come to you out of the pasture. A little cow horse from the very beginning. She would help with working our cows when little, and I would put a halter on her and took her along, with mama Alazne, to work the neighbors cattle when she was quite young. They can learn a lot that way, and when I started her riding, she just took to it like it was nothing. Being just a three year old, she is still in the bosal more than the bit. She is very well built, very balanced movement. More Photos.

Dusty Blue Chex "Glow" 2013 AQHA Blue roan mare. Glow is our "go to" horse for any new or inexperienced riders/guests. No matter the situation we can be sure that they will be safe on Glow. Whether there are three young children who have never been around horses on her back or an 80 yr. old women with very little experience, she takes it nice and easy and ever one has fun. She been called "the sweets horses I've ever seen" on more than one occasion.
She also drives in the buggy single or double. Nothing bothers her, the first time we hitched her with our buggy mare Nora we went out on the black top and she didn't even seem to notice the traffic her even thought she was on the traffic side and quite close to the passing trucks. Xiqua ~ 2006 gray Lusitano mare 15.1 1/2 hh.
I bought her as an untrained 13 year old. We had an instant connection I guess, I really admired her conformation and also her sire and dam, both very nice horses, see their pictures & APSL scores. Refined head with straight profile, with plenty of width between the eyes & jaw bones. An exceptional neck, arched on top but not meaty and thick in the throat latch area, which makes arching of the neck and vertical
flexion of the face almost a forgone conclusion. Good withers and shoulder angel, keeping the saddle in place and the girth well back from the point of elbow so that skin irritation is not caused in that area. More photos.

Valliya, 2003 gray Lusitano/QH mar, 15 hh. Daughter of Othelo, half sister to Xiqua.
A nice little mare with a can do attitude. Trained in jumping and a little dressage I believe. I was told that she was the favorite horse to ride of the exchange students from Belgium, that came to the farm in Virginia to ride.
